I had a hard time selling my 3 family house , I tried for 6 months on my own & tenant issues , also a “need to be renovated”situation. Alexander Lisek came, not only was very knowledgeable but hands on!
Helped me with physically throwing out trash! Found out I needed a separate electric box for the common areas, he found me someone to do it in a timely manor, necessary when the inspector is coming ! Anyway I got 100k more than I was asking. I sold it 2 months after signing with him... Alex is worth it. You have to be realistic & he really showed me that he is worth the hire as a realtor!
